Secretary LOCKED by boss in 6 inch extreme stiletto high heels

I bought my white 16cm 6 inch sIave stiletto high heels to work with plans to wear them afterwards. However my boss caught a glimpse of what was in the box and demanded to see the heels! He saw the refitted LOCKING ankle straps and the padlocks and put two and two together...next thing I knew he took the keys off my desk and I was padlocked into the stilettos. He ordered me to fuel up his car and only then would he give the keys back. I wanted to take them off while I was driving but the straps cannot be taken off without the key effectively trapping me in my sIut heels.
