Bhagavad Gita CH 3 Values & Work Chapter 3 deals with the technique of right action. We all want success, to move into the fast lane to excellence. But, somehow, our actions seem to ground us. The Bhagavad Gita helps us lift from mediocrity and sail into the realm of Perfection. Oftentimes we feel there is no place for values and ethics at work but in Krishna's timeless advice to Arjuna values and ethics are the foundation for success, happiness and growth. Karma Yoga is the path of Action by which every action carries us towards spiritual Enlightenment while worldly activities get accomplished effortlessly. Krishna introduces the concept of yajna or sacrifice. Working in the area of one's svadharma while dedicating one's actions to a higher selfless ideal. The prescription of perfect action is one of the most practical portions in the Gita.
