Hello^^ She's! This is Good Family Jejurishine 🤗 Today's video features Jeju-style stir-fried pork shoulder. I first tried Jeju-style stir-fried pork shoulder during my trip to Jeju Island. It was so delicious that I made it several times and ate it at many restaurants. My younger sibling loved it so much, so I tried it again. ^^ I lightly seasoned the radish salad, bean sprout salad, and green onion salad. I didn't over-season the pork, but stir-fried it together and wrapped it in a lettuce wrap. The seasoning was just right. This is one of those dishes I absolutely have to make at least once a year. ㅎㅎ Later, I'll stir-fry some rice with it, and today's meal will be delicious, too.
