Ya iba siendo hora de tener una "klunker"

I bought this bike for €20 on Wallapop with the idea of modifying the frame for a project I had in mind, but a video I saw about the origins of mountain biking in Marin County made me change my mind, and I decided to turn it into a klunker. Initially, klunkers were single-speed bikes with coaster brakes, but then they "evolved" into something similar to this. They're really fun bikes and absurdly cheap, so I recommend that anyone who has the space to store one should build one. More by omission than by choice, I ended up with a bike with friction shifters. I had always been against these shifters, but I saw the guy from Path Less Pedaled saying they're a great invention, and I have to say he's right.
