Hello everyone! Is it possible to specifically fish for asp on the Chusovaya River in its middle reaches? I've been wondering about this for a long time, and I always thought it was irrational. Its main habitat is in the lower reaches, closer to the Kama Sea. And in the middle reaches, if it appears at all, it's only sporadically. As it turns out, I was wrong in my assumptions. We successfully found and caught this coveted fish on our beloved Chusovaya. Actually, this trip had a different purpose. My friend Roman, who had never been to the Chusovaya, was visiting. We went to the river to show him some of the beautiful cliffs on our river. We also planned to sit around a campfire at night, enjoy a barbecue, and have some drinks. And the fishing was an added bonus to the varied outdoor recreation. On the first day, we visited quite a few of the beautiful sights of the Chusovaya and its tributary, the Shishim River. The route was dense, but interesting. The first 10 minutes of the video are dedicated to showing nature footage. I personally recommend everyone visit this area someday and see these cliffs—everything is very accessible by car. On the second day, we decided to check out the fish biting in the high, murky waters of the river. And we were absolutely right.
