174 Mile FKT in West Virginia!
A trail runner from Appalachia runs the Allegheny Greenbrier Loop, setting the overall Fastest Known Time while raising money for the Blue Ridge Women’s Center. The loop consists of Section 3 and some of Section 4 of the rugged and remote Allegheny Trail, the smooth and scenic Greenbrier River Trail in its entirety, and a road section through White Sulphur Springs connecting the two. This video is kid-friendly and was made to show her children and students what running an FKT involves. It is dedicated to all of them.
