Turn on CC to watch the video. Today I want to share a recipe for a simple and satisfying dinner: flavourful Polish potato casserole (potato babka) with pork belly, sausage and a load of fresh thyme. The casserole is crunchy on the outside and delicate inside. Pork belly and sausage provide a lot of flavour, rounded out by fresh thyme and dry marjoram.
