Hello my beautiful people 🤍 Cape Town, you're not real. We've switched between so many locations in the last few days – from One&Only right by the sea to Morea House, and then to this incredible villa with a 360-degree view of Table Mountain and the ocean. And somehow, each of these places had its own unique character. Between gym mornings, Pilates classes at Sculpt, sushi dates, and the best gelato from Moro Gelato (Peanut Paradiso – tastes like the inside of a Snickers, absolutely addictive), I also shared a bit of my beauty routine with you and showed you some products I can't live without right now. I was briefly knocked out by a minor stomach upset, but you carry on. The great thing about this trip is that we've built a routine that feels really good – exercise, healthy food, work, sunshine. It all works.
