Rooted in the Sabai + Sati meditation method, this session invites you to relax the body (Sabai) while becoming aware (Sati) of what you may be holding onto — and softly allowing it to pass. 🧘♂️ In this session, you will: • Settle into a state of physical and mental ease • Become aware of thoughts, emotions, or tension without resistance • Gently release what no longer needs to be held • Cultivate a sense of lightness, openness, and inner peace There is nothing you need to force or push away — simply notice, allow, and let it pass in its own time.
