¡No te líes más! La Regla de Oro para coordinar pies y brazos en Sevillanas 💃

Hello Sevillanas dancers! I'm Nuria Cazorla. If you're starting to dance and feel like your arms and feet aren't in sync, don't worry! This video is just what you need. In this lesson, we're going to work on the Sevillana step slowly, focusing entirely on coordination. We already know the step, so now we're going to add elegance with our arms and hands. What are we going to learn today? *My Golden Rule: Remember this: "The foot I step forward, the arm I lower." It's the foolproof trick so you never get lost again. The correct height: The arm doesn't go all the way down; when it reaches your navel, it should already be starting to rise! Full visualization: I've lifted my skirt so you don't miss a single detail of my feet and can imitate the exact movement. Hand Integration: We apply what we already know: "out to go down and in to go up." My advice if you get stuck: If you suddenly get confused and don't know where to go, don't stop! Keep both arms up, regain your footing, and when you're ready, lower the arm on the same side as your leading foot. Remember that the most important thing is the **rhythm**. Find some slow music and repeat this exercise with me again and again. As I always say: the key is to practice, practice, and practice. Do you accept today's challenge? Make some space at home, remove the chairs and the table, and start dancing with me right now!
