So First of all u need To have PMR number or File number to apply for class 1 medical appointment U need to apply for class 2 medical and if you will be fit in that then they gona assign you a PMR number through which you can apply . So you have to write an email to DGCA to get an appointment for your medical. You have to attach class 2 final assesment as well as you can download appointment page from internet in which you just have to take 6th page photo copy out of 7 and fill it and have the appointment Documents required to get an class 1 medical are:- 1.Adhaar card 2.Bharatkosh paid receipt 3. Class2 final assessment 4 .Covid negative report valid for 48 hours. Medical test you gona have are :- 1.ECG 2.XRay 3.Ultrasound 4.urine test 5. blood tests 6.BODY EXAMINATION 7.Eyes fundus examination 8.Pure Tone Audiometry. It should be done by NABH or NABL approved centres only After their checking and examination they gona give u a CA-35 form in which it would be written either fit or temporary unfit or unfit .
