Ingredients: 🍚 half-cooked boiled rice 300 g (10.6 oz) 🥕 1 carrot, diced 🌶️ bell pepper cut into cubes and green onion 🧈 50 g (1.8 oz) of butter 💧 1 glass of water 🧂 salt 🍗 chopped thigh meat 500 g (17.6 oz) 🧅 100 g (3.5 oz) of red onion 🍅 100 g (3.5 oz) of diced tomato 🌿 chopped cilantro, 1 bunch 🧄 garlic, sliced into slices 🧂 salt 🌶️ black pepper 🧂 turmeric 2 spoons 🌶️ red bell pepper 2 spoons 🧂 ground dry ginger 🧂 spices for the chicken 🧂 1 tsp of all-purpose seasoning 🥛 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt 🌿 oregano Method: 1. In the air fryer bowl, spread out the half-cooked rice, then add diced carrot, cubed bell pepper, green onion, butter, water, and salt, mixing everything. 2. Place chopped thigh meat in a bowl and add red onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, sliced garlic, salt, black pepper, turmeric, red bell pepper, ground dry ginger, chicken spices, all-purpose seasoning, and Greek yogurt, mixing all the ingredients. 3. Transfer the chicken mixture to a grill rack placed over the rice, spreading it over the entire surface. 4. Bake in the air fryer for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F), stirring and flipping the chicken occasionally. 5.
