Please watch his video first, and then use this video for English Language clarification as needed. This repair applies to the 2002 to 2006 Suzuki Burgman 650 ONLY! Suzuki redesigned primary starter input drive in 2007. If your Burgman in a 2007 and later and is rattling at idle, its may be a low oil pressure, bearing, cam chain tensioner or low idle speed issue. Proper idle speed for Burgman 650 is 1200rpm +/- 100 rpm. Please ask any questions in English here.
