So erkennst Du, wenn Jemand lügt | Jack Nasher

What do you think? How many times have you been lied to today? Take a guess, but the answer might shock you! Studies have shown that this number ranges from 10 to 200 times per day. So, you're constantly being lied to, but how often do you actually notice? The information in this video comes from the book "Durchschaut" by Jack Nasher, my new favorite German-speaking author. If you're interested in the topic of 'exposing lies,' then be sure to check out this book :) ➣ Get the book on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2HpSSZ1 ➣ Get the (free) audiobook on Audible: http://partners.webmasterplan.com/cli... In this video You'll learn how to drastically improve your chances of detecting lies and become a human lie detector. Here you'll get an overview of the most effective methods from research and practice, specifically 5 principles that will help you detect a lie with an extremely high degree of probability. First Principle: Behavioral Changes Liars cannot be identified by a specific behavior, such as averted gaze. Rather, it's the changes in behavior during the lie that matter. Second Principle: Emotions Fear, guilt, and joy indicate a lie. These emotions are most easily recognized by facial expressions. They often appear inappropriate and contradictory to what is being said. Third Principle: Disharmonies Lies are a very complex matter. Therefore, a liar can never perfectly control and coordinate all aspects of their appearance, such as tone of voice, facial expressions, or gestures, at the same time. You can expose a liar based on the inevitable disharmonies, especially microexpressions. For the fourth and fifth principles, I refer you to the book "Seeing Through" by Jack Nasher.
