The streets of hive Volkus are ablaze as monsters from humanities dark past crawl from the shadows, eager to sow both terror and corruption. Stalking their victims through the endless shadows, a night lords warband rampages throughout the hive, brining slow, agonizing deaths to any who stand in their way. The night lords soon find that they are not alone as they encounter a vanguard of Death Guard plague marines who are infecting the hive and its inhabitants with their malignant rot.
