Choosing your speciality as a Newly Qualified Nurse. In this video I share tips and advice on what Newly Qualified Nurses should consider when choosing their nursing speciality. When I speak of nursing speciality, I am not referring to that of a Clinical Nurse Npecialist. I just mean that in these nursing times, what type of nurse do you want to be? What direction would you like your nursing career to head? How do you decide? Why specialise in the first place? With so many options to choose from, it can be overwhelming. That on top of working through the challenges of transitioning from a Student Nurse to a Newly Qualified Nurse can be a bit much!
