With return flights to Agadir for just £33 a long weekend in a new city & new country was booked! A grey, cold January morning in Gatwick. Departure time of 7am unfortunately meant it was still dark. I skipped most of the pushback footage as all you could see was reflections. But once taxiing and the cabin lights dimmed the view is much better. Departing Gatwick on 08R into the low cloud but not for long before a beautiful break through into the morning skies and some stunning sunrise scenes. Routing then taking us down over the Bay of Biscay making landfall in northern Spain, crossing into Portugal and over the south coast overhead Faro. Some beautiful views again of coastline and Faro airport itself. Before starting our descent down the coastline of Morocco, over the stunning Atlas Mountains and into a sunny morning in Agadir on runway 27.
