Tom Spellman from Dave Wilson Nursery is at the South Coast Research Station, in Irvine, California picking high-chill apples. Tom planted 30 apple varieties, all rated between 500 and 1100 chill hours. The results are in, watch and find out which varieties Tom thinks are the most delicious for Southern California growers.
