Graffiti Makeup - Strawberry Surprise - Exploding Fruit face paint tutorial

Strawberry has always been my favourite fruit flavour in candy, cakes and now for face paint! This exploding strawberry makeup is great on its own or with the added fruit & flower vine. Mmmmmm.... This juicy design is making my mouth water... So it must be time to get started! This Strawberry Surprise makeup uses five colours of water activated makeup: yellow, red, green black and white, and yellow, green and red glitter. Begin with sponging green on the eyelid and cheekbone, and red exploding off the eye lid, out toward the temples. Add matching green and red glitter while the makeup is still wet. add green and red splatters, a flick of yellow and tap on some strawberry seeds using a paintbrush. Add a little black to the inner crease of the eyelid and finish the eyes with a little black liner. This makeup looks really fun on it's own, but let's take it to the next level and add a little garden of starawberries to this fruit explosion. Begin with painting some vines to the green splash on the cheekbone, and some leaves and a stem for the strawberry to grow on. Add some highlights and shading to the vine to make it a little more interesting. Time to paint on our fruit! Add a red heart shape for each strawberry, and tap on some glitter with your finger while the makeup is still wet, add a highlight and tap on some seeds. Lets add some flowers to the vine. Start by scattering some yellow dots on the vine - with a tiny touch of yellow glitter to the dots. Double load your brush with white and yellow and attach five little flower petals to each of the yellow dots. Let finish off this design by really making it pop with a black outline around the flowers, vines and fruit. Ta-Da! what a juicy little treat or a face painting!
