In this video, bartender Mário Ramalho teaches you how to prepare a quick and easy ginger foam recipe in a whipped cream siphon. ⬇ Ingredients: 300ml DaVinci Ginger Syrup 100ml Water 50ml Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons Pasteurized Egg White Powder Instructions: Add all ingredients to the siphon, close the siphon, and shake well to mix.
