Steamed Sweet Banana Snack Recipe | Kerala Style Steamed Banana Kozhukkatta

Ingredients Banana – 3 nos Rice flour- 1 nos Grated coconut -1cup Cardamom – 4 nos Cashew nut – 8or 9nos Sugar -1 cup Ghee -3or4tsp Salt -1 tsp Method Peel the bananas,then smash with neat hands and seta side. Heat a pan with rice flour and saute them well for 4or 5 minutes. Crush the cardamom and set aside. Then chopped the cashew nut into small pieces . Heat ghee in a pan add chopped cashewnut and saute them well. Add grated coconut and crushed cardamom ,mix them well. Add sugar granules and saute them well for 5 to 6 minutes,set aside. Heat water in a idli steamer . Take a pan add smashed banana,roasted rice flour,ghee and salt , combine them well and make it into a soft dough. Now take a small ball of dough, and put some coconut mix in the middle and close the dough and shape it back into a ball. Put the banana snack balls in the steamer for 10 to 15 on low flame. Serve the tasty steamed sweet banana snack recipe with coffee നേന്ത്രപ്പഴം : 5 എണ്ണം ഏലക്കിപ്പരിപ്പ് : 1 സ്പൂൺ ചതച്ചത് അണ്ടിപ്പരിപ്പ് : ½ കപ്പ് അരിപ്പൊടി : 2 കപ്പ് തേങ്ങ : 1 മുറി ചിരകിയത് നെയ്യ് : ആവശ്യത്തിന് പഞ്ചസാര : ½ കപ്പ് പാകം ചെയ്യുന്ന വിധം ഏലക്ക പൊടിച്ചെടുത്ത് അണ്ടിപ്പരിപ്പ് ചെറുതായി നുറുക്കി വയ്ക്കാം.ഒരു പാത്രം വെച്ച് നെയ്യ് ഒഴിച്ച് അണ്ടിപ്പരിപ്പ്,തേങ്ങയും വറുത്തെടുത്ത് ഏലക്ക പൊടിച്ചത്,പഞ്ചസാര ചേർത്ത് ചൂടാക്കി വാങ്ങി വയ്ക്കാം. 5 പഴം കൈകൊണ്ട് ഉടച്ച് അതിലേക്ക് അരിപ്പൊടി വറുത്തത് ചേർത്ത് കുറച്ചു നെയ്യും ചേർത്ത് ഇളക്കി കുഴക്കാം.കുഴച്ചെടുത്ത മാവിലേക്ക് ഓരോ ഉരുളകൾ എടുത്ത് കയ്യിൽ വെച്ച് പരത്തി നേരത്തെ തയ്യാറാക്കി വെച്ച തേങ്ങയുടെ കൂട്ട് വെച്ചുകൊടുത്ത് ആവിയിൽ വേവിച്ചെടുക്കാം
