[DSC Europe 2020] Next-best-actions using continuous intelligence - Stephen Hardy

Continuous intelligence through closed-loop machine learning can be used to efficiently solve many next-best-action business problems. We will describe a reusable pattern for activating internal company data for next-best-action decisioning that continually updates its models and can track changing customer preferences. We will illustrate this with a real-world use case in the insurance industry. Stephen is a data science thought-leader and CEO of Ambiata - a specialist data science services provider based in Australia. He has delivered major data analytics, and is an inventor on 12 US patents, and has more than 20 academic publications.
