Jupiter | SSD Internationals 2024 | Bronze Butterflies

Nearly 2 years ago, I had an idea to write a routine to one of my favorite pieces of music, "Jupiter, the Bringer of Jollity," by Gustav Holst. This monumental and emotional piece of music never fails to make my eyes water, and has always felt like the representation of what Bronze Butterflies means to me. I wanted to create a mesmerizing visual experience to go with the captivating melodies of this piece, and began working on the routine in January of 2023. We weren't able to finish it then, but now, on the eve of our 2.5 year anniversary and for our Internationals debut, it was the perfect time to celebrate how far we've come as a club and bring that vision to life.
