FIX this BRITISH AIRWAYS!!! Trip Report | Club Europe LHR to GVA | Airbus A319

My review of a hugely inconsistent British Airways. The flight itself was lovely but the airport experience was terrible: 30+ minutes to check-in because the assistant didn't know how to generate a boarding pass for a flight that had been booked with Avios??? A senior manager eventually came to help and did it in 30 seconds. The jetbridge broke down, resulting in a last minute gate change which didn't show up on the departures board due to a technical issue. Zero communication, only found the gate when me and a group of other confused passengers went to the help desk.
