Has Vancouver Become Canada's Best City? | Returning After 10 Years

I wasn't expecting to be this impressed! Vancouver is Canada's 3rd largest city, has perpetually rainy and overcast weather and the most expensive real estate in the whole country! BUT.... it is 'NICE'. If you are looking for a very high caliber of living with nature right at your doorstep, Vancouver might just be the best fit for you if you are looking to live in Canada. I always had the opinion that Toronto was the best city, but the last 3 years have definitely changed things.
