60 Minute FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout (Cardio & Strength)

This 60 minute full body kettlebell workout is going to get you seriously fit and stronger at the same time! In 1 hour we are going to cover cardio and strength training. This is an intense kettlebell workout and we are starting with 2 rounds of cardio followed by a lower body workout and then an upper body workout. This is a kettlebell full body workout you can do at home but you will need at least 2 weights as we are doing a supersets with the strength training.
