LeBron: Fake Friend / Fake Leader
It boggles my mind that LeBron fan s say LeBron is a nice guy and condemn Jordan for being a jerk because Jordan pushed people in practice. LeBron doesn't even go to practice, but publicly executes people during games. Even if LeBron wasn't the piece of trash that he is, a piece of trash that throws his teammates under the bus, even if he was a legitimately nice guy, being a bad teammate is not acceptable. Anyone remember having a coach that was tough on you? I mean in a good way. At the time you may have been pissed as you ran drill after drill or even cursed the coaches name under your breath during suicides. Maybe even a teacher who expected more of you so didn’t accept the paper that you turned in that would have sufficed, but wasn’t what you were capable of. People that pushed you to better and ultimately helped you succeed. Today those people are called the bad guys and coaches aren’t even allowed to coach. MJ may have been hard on his teammates in practice. I’m not sure what is so weird about that except for a generational gap in victimhood society that preaches you should be accepted as in the lazy, excuse-making failure version of yourself rather than what you could be. I remember things got heated quite often in practice whether that meant players going at each other or the coaches verbally and physically punishing us. Today certain people want to condemn MJ for doing things that others of us understand and actually appreciate. LeBron on the other hand doesn’t even go to practice BUT is hard on his teammates on live TV. He never leaves a shadow of a doubt which plays he is disgusted with the outcome of, nor is it ever a secret who he considers to be responsible. I’d rather be criticized and made better behind closed doors than be a public scapegoat for someone who pretends to be a leader when the cameras are on him. LeBron James is the type of leader who walks off the court when there’s actually enough time to try to come back for a win. I found an example of Kobe coming back from a bigger deficit with the same amount of time left on the clock, proving that a win can be accomplished in the same scenario that LeBron quit it. Somehow the media covers for him even in those situations. Kobe may have quit a few times in his career…I don’t know. That’s a lot of games. It might of happened. What I do know is that I can find LeBron James quitting with almost no effort. Finding MJ quitting will be a quite a challenge. This is why every preseason, midseason, and post season we hear the same thing. Get more help for LeBron James. Which translates to, he isn’t the one to get it done. I reference @sportsnfitnessrants a few times in this upcoming rant of mine. Be sure to check out his channel.
