Regarding the Keeper coating I had applied previously, as I mentioned in this video, it's still exhibiting incredible water-repellent properties. When I look at my car the day after it rains, it's covered in dust and dirt like a rash, but the day after the next rain, it's sparkling clean. I can only think of two possibilities: either the EX Keeper coating is incredibly effective, or someone is secretly washing it at night.
