Brothers AM - About the Treble Booster (AC30 and Deluxe Reverb)
https://www.chasebliss.com By now anyone interested in pedals will be familiar with the release this morning of the Chase Bliss / Analogman Brothers AM, a pedal that combines the King of Tone and all of its options into a package by Chase Bliss that allows extensive digital control over pretty much everything. My first demo was based on a Marshall platform (see: • Chase Bliss & Analog.Man: Brothers AM ) but I also wanted to show this outstanding pedal in front of an AC30 and Deluxe Reverb, and especially show off the Treble Booster facility which is the understated hero of the thing, in my opinion. So, here it is. The video will tell the story. __________________________ Who would've guessed that two of the most respected pedal builders on the planet would team up to give us something special? I sure didn't see it coming. But here it is, the Brothers AM (Analog.Man). We have an Analog.Man King of Tone with all of the options, switchable or via MIDI, in a beautiful, comprehensive but easy-to-use package by Chase Bliss. Two identical channels, each with three different modes - Boost, Overdrive & Distortion - plus a very sweetly voiced Treble Booster, itself sporting two modes. Unreal. You can switch everything via MIDI (you'll need the Chase Bliss MIDIbox) and there's facility for CV and Expression Pedal control as well. And the tones? Well, it's a King of Tone fundamentally and that pedal has a LONG waiting list and a very successful history. So successful that I believe it hasn't been altered much (at all?) since 2005. So if you'd prefer not to wait in the queue for the original version, you might want to consider the Brothers AM which will give you exceptional control as well. Oh, one thing I forgot to mention in the video is that the Rangemaster component has internal trimmers for Bias and Impedance, meaning you can tailor it to your buffered signal if need be (Rangemasters usually like to come directly after the guitar). I love this pedal and it's definitely one of the more welcome and exciting releases for 2025. Great stuff, Mike and Joel!
