In 2023 we took a one-year trip in our campervan to hike, eat and sight-see our way across America (and even into Canada). Join us in this episode as we spend one epic day in Jasper, Canada. In this third (and final) installment of a 3-part series of shorter episodes, we search for something iconically Canadian along our hike on the Valley Of The Five Lakes trail. The colorful lakes are beautiful and, to be honest, so was the food we found in nearby Jasper when we headed into town for dinner.
