Taoyuan police officers stopped a suspicious car during a patrol early yesterday morning (13th). During questioning, the 34-year-old driver, surnamed Chiu, appeared disoriented and confessed to driving under the influence of drugs. Chiu quickly tested positive for drugs, and officers also found 1200 packets of drug-laced coffee and 860 cigarettes containing drugs in his car.
