A Day in the Life of Dylan Cease (2023)

“It’s nice to recharge here where it is nice and slow.” Get a glimpse into how White Sox starting pitcher Dylan Cease spends a day in the offseason at his home in Woodstock, Georgia. To Dylan Cease a crucial part of being a major league player is keeping his body in shape which means showing up every day in the offseason to be able to maintain the momentum into the regular season. Today, he take SoxTV through his lower body work in his offseason workout routine and even runs into Colorado Rockies OF Charlie Blackmon at the Rapid Sports Performance training facility. After an intense leg day, Dylan and his girlfriend, Rebekah, give a tour of their home and introduce us to their two Tonkinese cats, Luna and Sage. The two talk about their favorite spots in the house, the installation of their koi pond and the slower pace of living. Later, Dylan shows off his painting masterpieces and live paints an abstract artwork to give away to a fan. He touches on his inspiration to pick up painting and how his free approach differs from his methodical approach to baseball.
