First Trip of the Year 2026 | Sakalgre | Rongkusi | West Garo Hills

First trip of 2026 with family and friends. We set out to Sakalgre to buy fresh oranges, but the journey turned into something much more special. Sakalgre, one of the most beautiful villages in the Garo Hills, welcomed us with its stunning landscapes and pleasant weather. During our visit, we also explored the fascinating landmark of Sakalgre — Rongkusi, a place rich in beauty and charm. Sakalgre offers scenery and a climate similar to Daribokgre, yet it remains less explored—perhaps due to limited awareness or road conditions. However, with roads steadily improving, I truly believe Sakalgre will soon become a well-loved tourist destination in the Garo Hills, just like Daribokgre. Thank you for watching!
