#goats A fresh controversy has emerged within the Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) after it was revealed that the Election Commission of India (ECI) uploaded an older version of the party's constitution on its official website instead of the revised copy submitted earlier this year. According to the original constitution submitted to the Election Commission, the RGP had the post of National President. However, Manoj Parab had submitted a revised constitution to the Commission in February 2026.
