" لَا يَوْمَ كَيَوْمِكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِاللهِ " "There's no day like yours, O Aba Abdillahع" Shab E Ashur and Roz E Ashura are the days, solely pledged to Aba Abdillah Al Husseinع. Every year, here comes the throng of Azadar E Husseinع, one after another, holding flags of THE FLAG BEARERع to mourn the King of Karbala Syed Al-Shuhadaع and fulfill the promise; اَبَدْ واللّٰه یَا زَاھرہۜ مَا نِنْسیٰ حُسَیْنَؑا While commemorating Shab E Ashur, the citation of 9 Muharram Al Haram can't be completed without taking IMAMBARGAH ATIYA AHLEBAIT NICHOLSON ROAD into account. This Bargah is counted amongst the oldest and most spiritual Imambargahs in Lahore which was established in 1963 by Dr. and Mrs. Syed Riaz Ali Shah. And since then, every single year, Azadar come to take part in Aza E Imam Husseinع from 1st to 10th Muharram Al Haram, and remember the greatest martyrdom under the address of various Ulama E Akram. Amongst these days, the day of 9 Muharram Al Haram has particular sanctity and worthiness. Filled with grief and irreplaceable love for Aba Abdillahع, the hearts of Azadar make them to come at this sacred Bargah in a dense multitude, quite early in the morning to give condolence to Bibi Fatimaس and Imam E Waqt (A.J.T.F). While a great extent of people, come beforehand in complete darkness to welcome & witness the arrival of Shabih E Zuljanah and fill this Bargah with adoration and infatuation to transform it into a "REALM OF DEVOTION". A vista of Azadar E Imam, mourning, wailing & chanting the name of Syed Al-Shuhadaع, beating their chests with dust of Karbala in their heads and holding the Shabih E Zuljanah in scorching sun has beautifully painted the following verse into an exemplar; وہ اک حسینؑ جو تنہا کھڑا تھا مقتل میں اب اُس کے ساتھ زمانہ دکھائی دیتا ہے My special thanks to JALIL ABBAS and his TEAM who perform their duty with utter love, dedication and devotion.
