What is the 'Hedley Byrne' principle? How is the 'special relationship' established in law? Tort law

In this video, I explain what is meant by the Hedley Byrne principle. I outline the four criteria in the principle. The video also includes an explanation of the 'special relationship' which was developed in the House of Lords' decision in Hedley Byrne v Heller.
