My morning started a bit rough. I slept well so it was unexpected. My insides feel like they are simmering, spasms are worse than most mornings, and this sucks away all early morning energy. This is a video of a stretch position I was taught years after my injury (I'm still curious as to why this wasn't something I learned in rehabilitation). This exercise helps me cope with off times. Unassisted weight bearing yoga pose. This pose allows me to lift all the weight off my tail bone and butt while allowing my entire weight to rest of my ankles and grounded feet.
