The piece received the imprimatur of Bishop Piotr Sawczuk, Ordinary of the Diocese of Drohiczyn, meaning it may be performed both during and outside of liturgy. The song has a special dedication: On the occasion of the establishment of the Sanctuary of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in the parish of Milejczyce. Each year, over 50,000 people come to Milejczyce, a small town near Siemiatycze, to pray before the grace-famous image of the Divine Heart of Christ the Good Shepherd. This painting is considered one of the oldest images of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Poland and this part of Europe, as research dates it to the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries.
