Some customers commented whether the tracking can only be turned on and off through the remote control? Today I will answer the question for you and show you the AI tracking performance of our camera in detail. Our camera has 4 ways to turn on/off AI tracking. 1.Remote Control F1: Turn off auto tracking F2: Turn on auto tracking  F3: Switch auto tracking modes  (We have two tracking modes: single person tracking and area tracking. When you press F3, the camera will switch to area tracking and the image will remain fixed in this area. Press F3 again and it will switch to single-person tracking.) F4: Switch auto tracking to follow a different person (Press F4, we can see a yellow wireframe and a green wireframe. The yellow wireframe means your target person. You can switch different target according to your needs) 2.menu setting (Press the menu to enter tracking, then you can turn tracking on or off here, and switch tracking mode here) 3. Webpage (Use the camera's IP address to enter the control interface and open the tracking settings to turn tracking on or off. By the way, you can set the scope of area tracking here. A total of 1-4 areas can be set, and our PTZ camera will track within these 1-4 areas.) 4. Control Joystick customs key F1 and F2 (The last way is to customize the settings F1 and F2 by Controller.
