Boleros With Attitude (BWA) is a LA based project that bridges hip hop and boleros. These two genres couldn’t be further apart but the fusion has caught a lot of people’s attention of likes of Method Man, Too Short, and Warren G. Bolero is a latin folk genre that consists of requinto, classical guitar and three part vocal harmonies. The mission of BWA is to celebrate and promote the culture and diversity of Latino and urban music. By tapping into Los Angeles tapestry we showcase and foster a sense of unity within different communities.
