Examining Halo: Reach's Dark Zone Infiltration
Nightfall, the third mission in Halo Reach, released on Xbox 360 in 2010, is a bit of a strange one. From a gameplay perspective, I neither love nor hate Nightfall, it’s just sort of there, and with it being relatively thin on story compared to much of Halo Reach, it doesn’t exactly set the world alight in that regard either. Nightfall is an enjoyable but at the same time often quite surface level experience, and while some may think it a nice change of pace from the rest of Halo Reach, it’s focus on long range combat combined with a lack of variety will also make it an arduous experience for some players.
