Starfield - Absolutely SHAMEFUL Discourse

The discourse we now see surrounding Starfield... is shameful. I myself have contributed to it, but watching in real time as the game becomes a catalyst of anger and frustration between console players of differing system types, political parties with warring views, and individual players who simply found a way to enjoy the title is something worth talking about. It is not lost on me that there is a level of hypocrisy here, monetizing the criticism of criticism and conflict.. but with a long history in the video game industry and some particularly relevant experience with the concept of "anger and video games" I wanted to weigh in and make my position clear, after a sour reception of my initial impressions for the game.
