Anger, hatred, shame, aggression... these are emotions we often push under the rug, but which, sooner or later, emerge and control our lives. Because what is repressed doesn't disappear but returns in relationships, in the body, in decisions, in tensions we don't understand. We talk about integration = the state when a person stops dividing themselves into what is acceptable to feel and what is "inappropriate."
