Our young cat, Chip, loves to jump on the railing of our balcony, and besides the fact that I, as an owner, find that incredibly scary, she can also run to the neighbors. This balcony isn't nearly as fresh anymore. Now that the weather is getting nicer, I want to enjoy my balcony, preferably with my cats. So we're going to tackle the balcony and build a catio: a fully screened balcony where the cats can roam freely and safely!
