Making a bronze Golf Trophy.
This was challenge! I thought it would be an easy sculpture but found out there was more to it than I thought. Dealing with the metal shrinkage of the golf ball took some trial and error to figure out. I used silicone rubber for the molds, and microcrystalline wax for the cast. I used ultravest investment from Rio Grande Jewelry Supply https://www.riogrande.com/ This little project taught me a lot.
