On Sunday, July 2, 2023, I did an early morning drive to the beautiful 13th century Shri Mahadeva temple at Tambdi Surla, set amid the misty, forested hills of Mollem National Park (Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary). The route I followed is: Benaulim - Margao-Colva Road - Fatorda - Arlem - Raia - Camorlim - Borim Bridge (NH566) - Borim - Baithacol Circle - Bondbag - Betora crossing - Curti (joined NH 748 Panjim-Belgaum highway) - Khandepar bridge - Usgao tisk - Piliem - Dharbandora - (joined Dharbandora-Sacordem-Mollem road) - Conquirem Shivade - Sacordem/Sacorda - Satpal Arboretum (left turn onto Cotorem/Khotode road) - Surla - Bolkorne (turn right on to Tambdi Surla road at Manisha supermarket) - Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary/Mollem National Park Bolkarne/Bolcornem Gate - Dharge - Shri Mahadeva temple, Tambdi Surla Hope you enjoy this 4K, hires video of the drive.
