A "Hobbit Farmer" Pipe with Hand Tools
A friend of mine asked me if I could make a tobacco smoking pipe out of sticks that would be something "a Hobbit farmer would use". I loved the phrase "Hobbit Farmer" so I said I'd give it a try and this is what I came up with. If you are a huge "Hobbit" or "Lord of the Rings" fan, please don't bash me because this pipe doesn't look like anything out of the movies. It was simply inspired by the books for a friend. Because of the rustic theme and inspired by the hand tool work of my friend Alberto at Mosca Woodworking I decided to use only hand tools in the creation. Check out Alberto's channel for much better demonstrations of hand tool use.
