Jeremiah 1:5–10 (KJV) is one of the clearest passages in Scripture about God’s calling, purpose, and authority. It records God’s call of the prophet Jeremiah and teaches that God knows, prepares, and sends those He chooses. Application: God does not call only those who feel qualified. He qualifies those He calls.
