Replacing shaft seals on an Edwards RV3 vacuum pump

We disassemble and reassemble an Edwards RV3 vacuum pump that has developed an oil leak at the shaft seals. This video covers replacing the inner and outer shaft seals as well as the seal carrier gasket and the oil reservoir seal. Parts: Shaft Seals (02109094 & 02109124) Oil Reservoir Seal (A27160005) Seal Carrier Gasket [incorrectly called the cartridge seal in the video] : (A27160008) Tools: A metric hex (allen) set. A flathead screwdriver or other prying tool. An impact driver with metric hex bits is strongly suggested. Total project time is 45 minutes. Video has been shortened to 33 minutes.
