How soon can I start running after a hamstring muscle strain?
You can actually jog pretty soon after straining your hamstring. There's obviously a lot of nuance to this question and answer. But the function of the hamstrings in endurance running doesn't require it to travel in a large range of motion so even when strained, it should tolerate it well.
